Definition of UVV inspection
⇒ The UVV inspection is a mandatory annual measure to ensure occupational safety and accident prevention. The UVV inspection includes an intensive assessment of all mechanical and electrical safety devices, the correct functioning of the closing force limiter and a check of the emergency stop devices and safety sensors.

- Legal basis
The UVV test ensures that the door systems meet the requirements of the employers' liability insurance associations and European standards, such as EN 13241-1.
- Authorized auditors
Only qualified and TÜV-certified specialists are authorized to carry out the inspection. Our employees have all the necessary qualifications.
- Repair of defects
If we discover any defects during the inspection, these must be rectified immediately. We also reliably carry out repairs so that your door is in perfect condition again.
- Failed test
Please note that if the test is not passed, the door system may only be operated after it has been repaired.
- Documentation and proof
Once the UVV test has been completed, you will receive a test report and a certificate confirming compliance with the UVV regulations. The certificate is valid until the next UVV inspection.
